In this midday yoga class, Meenal teaches a balanced practice incorporating postures (asanas) that warm up, strengthen, stretch and rejuvenate the whole body, with particular focus on areas that suffer from sitting at a desk for a long time: neck, shoulders, back and hips. The dynamism and flow of the class is balanced with focus on breath and open-heartedness, leaving you feeling relaxed, energised, and ready for the rest of your day!

Class is taught in English and is aimed at all levels, beginners are welcome.
